In 2020, about 130,000 B.S. degrees in engineering were awarded in the U.S. This puts 500,000 engineers in their first five years of practice. Imagine how the world might be different if just five percent of those young adults gained three years of developing a leader’s mindset and experiencing a transformation like Ben. Imagine how society could evolve as they do over thirty more years of a leadership journey of regular study, growth, and impact? Imagine how it would be if we had more engineers — true, trained, and experienced problem solvers — developing as leaders with clear intent.

WHY EVOLVENT?

At Evolvent we are in the business of developing people — leaders. We see leadership as a marathon, which requires steady investment in the near term to prepare for the long-game. Evolvent is where leaders learn and launch. We blend the model of executive peer groups with well-established methods for transformational, deep-rooted learning. Working in peer groups of 4-6, the future leaders work and grow together through small group discussion meetings along with our look back, look around, look ahead email cues from the group’s seasoned guide, who also participates in the meetings. Our nine seasons offer three years of a regular, intentional, gradual, knowledge-building, mindset-growing, and journey-launching experience for the world’s future leaders.
